MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

For regular updates to your site, Webstar provides a maintenance contract. The prices are shown below. Maintenance contracts are for a minimum of 6 months and are for a minimum of 1 day a month.


NOTE: Webstar maintenance contract is independent of hosting charges. This package is suitable for customers wishing to update their website on a regular basis.

* Maintenance support is not intended to cover what we would consider to be discreet major or minor developments of the website, which would most commonly have some level of requirements specification and programming input. We draw a distinction between maintenance work and development work because the range of skills that might be required for development can vary significantly and we need to assess the development requests within this context. Development work would be handled separately and would in general terms be outside of the scope of the maintenance support being proposed here. However, Webstar will always endeavour to accommodate requests to ensure that you are making the most effective use of the maintenance support. In general, where we feel a request is outside of the scope of maintenance support we will let you know.
